missingWrote a review on 20 Novgolf coursespa treatmentsslow service
Good golf course views can be appreciated from various points around the hotel, offering a nice backdrop for a leisurely stay. The spa features a decent selection of treatments, perfect for unwinding after a long day of golf.
Several rooms show signs of wear, such as chipped furniture and dirty carpets that could use a good scrub. Guests also experience slow service in the dining area, with significant delays during breakfast rush, which can be quite frustrating. low-quality meals and a confusing room service setup detracted from the overall dining experience. Check-in delays might occur, especially during busy seasons, so prepare for potential inconvenience. The elevator situation might leave you lugging luggage up stairs if it’s out of service.

Good vibes, but some bumps
Had a cozy stay! The views of the hills were stunning, and the gym was solid. Staff were super friendly, which helped. But the food took ages to arrive during breakfast. We waited way too long, which was frustrating. a decent spot but definitely needs to step up its dining game.

Stunning scenery and a comfortable bed enhanced my stay, while the well-stocked tea and coffee options were appreciated. the dining experience faltered due to staff oversight leading to a potential allergy risk, and service delays resulted in long waits for both food and drinks. The hotel's condition appears to be declining, which detracts from its overall allure.

I had an amazing time during my stay, enjoying the peaceful surroundings with stunning views of the hills and easy access to the beautiful Kailzie Gardens just 2.5 km away where I loved taking walks and breathing in the fresh air. the swimming pool was also a fantastic spot to relax after a day of exploring the area.

The restaurant served some excellent local dishes that had me craving more. The spacious dining area felt welcoming, and the front of house team were spot on with their service. They really know their stuff when it comes to the menu!
Two things caught my eye, the hand soap bottle needed a good scrub, and the blurb about a Nespresso machine was a tad misleading since we just had a kettle. But everything else was ticking along nicely!

I really enjoyed relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and getting a soothing massage during my stay. The atmosphere was so peaceful, perfect for unwinding after a busy day! Just a heads up, the lift was out of service, which made carrying our bags to the third floor a bit of a hassle, but it wasn't a big deal in the end. 😊
